We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your collagen powder for a refund if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival

  • There is a fault or defect with the product

  • You have changed your mind*

*Please note: change-of-mind returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging due to hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@alchemise.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

We will then provide you with full return instructions.

Returning Your Item

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@alchemise.uk. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
