We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

You may return your collagen powder for a refund if:

• The product is damaged on arrival
  
• There is a fault or defect with the product
  
• You have changed your mind*
  

To request a return, please email us at hello@alchemise.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for return. We will then provide return instructions.

Important Information

• For hygiene and safety reasons, change-of-mind returns are only accepted if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  
• Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your return.
  
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, following inspection.
  

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
